About the Role: As a vital member of our team, you’ll use your communication and team-building skills to contribute to a supportive and dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and skilled at multitasking.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients with a warm smile as they arrive.
Answering phone calls with a positive and friendly attitude.
Scheduling and confirming appointments using dental software.
Verifying insurance information and processing claims.
Collecting payments and managing patient accounts.
Providing constructive feedback to improve office operations.
