We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and dedicated individual to join our front desk team for 3.5-4.5 days a week. Our boutique dental practice is known for its fun-loving team and relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role: As a vital member of our team, you’ll use your communication and team-building skills to contribute to a supportive and dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and skilled at multitasking.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients with a warm smile as they arrive.
- Answering phone calls with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments using dental software.
- Verifying insurance information and processing claims.
- Collecting payments and managing patient accounts.
- Providing constructive feedback to improve office operations.
