Revive Dental Group

Office Manager

Bellevue, WashingtonFull-time

About the Job
Job Title: Dental Front Office Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

About Us:
Revive Dental Group is a privately owned, doctor-led practice with three offices across the Eastside and Seattle. We do comprehensive general dentistry along with implant and surgical care, and we've built the practice around unhurried appointments, modern technology, and a team that actually likes coming to work. This is not a corporate DSO — decisions get made in the building.

The Role:
We're looking for a Front Office Manager to run the business side of our Bellevue office. You'll own the doctor schedule, the patient experience from first phone call to final payment, and the daily rhythm of the front desk.
If you've never worked in a dental office before, you can still apply. We'd rather train the right person than settle for the wrong resume. What we can't teach is judgment, warmth with patients, and the instinct to follow through on details without being asked.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the doctor schedule — fill openings, coordinate treatment sequencing, and keep the day running on time.
  • Answer calls, schedule new patients, and manage confirmations and follow-up on unscheduled treatment.
  • Verify insurance, submit claims, and work aging A/R to resolution.
  • Present treatment plans and financial arrangements, including third-party financing options.
  • Collect payments, run daily close-out and deposits, and keep the ledger clean in Dentrix.
  • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and judgment.
  • Keep front office operations compliant with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate day-to-day workflow with the front desk team and the clinical side.

What You Bring:
  • Strong communication skills and real patience with anxious patients.
  • Comfort with computers and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize in a busy environment without dropping details.
  • Reliability and discretion with confidential information.
  • Dental front office experience and familiarity with Dentrix, insurance, and coding are a plus — not a requirement.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Medical coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution.
  • Dental treatment benefit for you and your immediate family.
  • Continuing education and on-the-job training.

How to Apply:
Submit your resume and a short note about why this role interests you. We review applications as they come in and move quickly for strong candidates.
