We’re looking for a part-time Associate Dentist to join our Redmond location, with a clear pathway to full-time growth as the practice continues to expand.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, removable, basic surgical).
- Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically.
- Collaborate with a strong hygiene and assisting team.
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven office culture.
- Option to expand into Invisalign, implants, or other advanced procedures.
Who You Are:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Washington.
- 1+ years of experience preferred (GPR/AEGD welcome).
- Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset.
- Growth-oriented and open to mentorship and feedback.
